Returns & Exchanges
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• Apparel can be exchanged for size within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.
• Eggs are perishable; report issues immediately on delivery/pickup.

The platform is being built Takealot-style: sellers list products, the store takes a small fee (planned 7–10%),
and sellers get instant notifications when orders come in. Full automation activates when backend goes live.
